Terms of Service

1. Provider and Service
The Service is provided by the registered business Arthik Automation (“Arthik Automation”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Busy Sales Generator is a web-based business automation tool that helps users maintain product and stock data, configure voucher-generation rules, generate sales-voucher datasets, review results, and export files intended for import into Busy Accounting Software.
We are an independent software provider. Unless expressly stated, Arthik Automation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Busy Accounting Software or its owner.
2. Eligibility and Authority
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
- You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and tax information and keep it current.
- The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
3. Accounts, Firms, and Team Members
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, controlling team-member permissions, and all activity performed through your account. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting appropriate users, assigning roles, removing access when no longer required, and selecting the correct firm before performing business operations.
Notify us promptly at support@arthikautomation.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Service, or third parties.
4. Generated Data and Customer Responsibility
The Service automates voucher preparation using information and rules supplied by you. Generated vouchers, quantities, GST allocations, turnover values, reports, and exports are tools for your review and are not accounting, tax, legal, or audit advice.
- You must verify every generated voucher and export before importing, filing, posting, or relying on it.
- You remain solely responsible for your books, tax treatment, invoice numbering, parties, stock, GST compliance, and statutory records.
- You must keep independent backups of important source data and exported records.
- You must use generated data only for lawful, genuine, and properly authorised business purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service to:
- Create false, misleading, fraudulent, backdated, or unlawful accounting or tax records.
- Violate any law, third-party right, contractual obligation, or regulatory requirement.
- Access another customer’s data, bypass tenant or firm isolation, or test vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Upload malware, disrupt infrastructure, overload the Service, automate abusive requests, or interfere with other users.
- Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit the Service except where expressly permitted.
- Use the Service or generated output to train competing products without our written consent.
6. Trials, Plans, and Usage Limits
New eligible accounts may receive a 14-day Starter trial. Trials are limited to one per customer identity or organisation and may be restricted or withdrawn where we detect abuse. Trial access ends automatically at expiry unless a paid subscription is activated.
Plans may limit firms, products, templates, team users, generation runs, generated invoices, or other resources. Operational limits normally reset monthly, including for annually billed subscriptions. If you downgrade below current usage, existing records may remain accessible while creation of new records is restricted.
7. Fees, Taxes, and Renewals
Subscription prices, billing cycles, included limits, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically where you authorise a recurring payment mandate, unless cancelled before the next renewal. Razorpay or another authorised payment provider processes payments. You authorise us and the provider to charge the selected payment method according to your subscription.
You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate GST or billing details. We may change prices or plan limits prospectively. Material changes affecting existing paid subscribers will apply at renewal unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation, Failed Payments, and Access Restrictions
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Failed or expired subscriptions may enter a limited grace period. During grace, renewal and authorised exports may remain available while generation and data changes are restricted. After grace, the workspace may become read-only.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
9. Customer Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, design, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property belong to Arthik Automation or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business operations.
11. Availability, Changes, and Support
We aim to operate a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, third-party services, payment providers, hosting providers, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability. We may modify features where reasonably necessary, while seeking to avoid materially reducing paid functionality during an active billing period.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free accounting results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthik Automation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages; loss or corruption of data; incorrect imports; tax liabilities; penalties; or decisions made using generated output. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Arthik Automation against third-party claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or use of generated data without appropriate review and authorisation.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms, will continue.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating formal proceedings, each party should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered business address of Arthik Automation will have jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or product changes. We will publish the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
