Cancellation Policy

Effective: 6 June 2026

Workspace owners can schedule subscription cancellation from Billing & Usage. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

After cancellation

The workspace becomes read-only after paid access and any applicable grace period end. Exports remain available during the grace period. Customer data is retained for the configured retention period before scheduled deletion.

Renewal

To avoid renewal, schedule cancellation before Razorpay processes the next charge. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already processed.
