Cancellation Policy
Effective: 13 June 2026
1. How to Cancel
The workspace owner can schedule cancellation from the Billing section. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact billing@arthikautomation.com from the registered billing email. Include the workspace name and provider subscription ID where available.
2. Cancellation Timing
- Submit cancellation before the next renewal charge is processed.
- Cancellation usually becomes effective at the end of the current monthly or annual billing period.
- Access normally continues through the paid period, subject to compliance with the Terms of Service.
- Scheduling cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed.
3. Recurring Payment Mandates
Where payments use Razorpay subscriptions, UPI Autopay, cards, eMandates, or another recurring method, we will send supported cancellation instructions to the payment provider. Provider processing may not be immediate. You should also review the mandate status with your bank or payment provider where appropriate.
4. Trial Expiry
The 14-day Starter trial expires automatically and does not require cancellation when no paid recurring mandate has been created. Trial data may become read-only after expiry and will be handled according to the retention process below.
5. After Cancellation or Expiry
When paid access ends, the workspace may enter a limited grace period. During grace, renewal and authorised exports may remain available while invoice generation and data changes are blocked. After grace, the workspace becomes read-only.
Business data and exports may be scheduled for permanent deletion after 90 inactive days and repeated warnings, subject to legal, billing, security, backup, and dispute-retention requirements. You should download required exports and maintain independent records before access ends.
6. Reactivation
You may reactivate by purchasing an available plan before scheduled deletion. Reactivation after deletion may require creating a new workspace, and deleted data may not be recoverable.
7. Downgrades
Plan downgrades normally apply at the end of the current billing period. Existing records remain accessible, but new products, firms, templates, team members, runs, or invoices may be blocked while usage exceeds the new plan limits.
8. Cancellation by Arthik Automation
We may suspend or cancel subscriptions for non-payment, material breach, fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, security risk, or where required by law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Refunds
Cancellation does not itself create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
10. Assistance
For cancellation or renewal assistance, contact billing@arthikautomation.com.
